All sessions are mixed so men and ladies will meet together, but there obviously will be some natural splits within the groups into different speeds or different distances.
Club Sessions are as follows :
Improvers and experienced runners group
Typically those running in this group will be running at a 9 minute mile pace plus and distances of at least 4 to 5 miles. We normally like to run a regular route on Saturdays around the lanes between Wargrave and Crazies Hill.
Beginners, improvers or Power Walkers group
Typically those running in this group will be running at anything from a walk/run beginners pace through to a 9 to 10 minute mile pace. This group will also cater for those who wish to run shorter distances.
Improvers and experienced runners group
Typically this group will be running at a 9 to 10 minute mile pace plus and distances of at least 8 to 10 miles. On Sundays we usually go off road for atleast 2/3rds of the route.
ALL CLUB SESSIONS will meet at the RECREATION GROUND CAR PARK. This will enable members who normally only run in one session to meet other members and to find a progression from one group to another as their running improves.
There are public toilets around the back of the Pavilion for anyone to use.
