The Bagshaws are moving...

We are intending to be at the AGM, but will be coming from our new address which is as follows:Kiln Cottage, Kiln Lane, Stratfield Mortimer, RG7 3PN   Tel: 0118 933 2828    Hope to see some of you coming in our direction - it's only 13.7 miles! On a Sunday morning you might even get a lift back and a bacon butty! When the SM wing of WR gets going we'll see if we can organise an interesting event around the area.John and Ros

Welcome 'New' Members!

Great to see a few WR's signing up on the website - not all exactly new members of WR of course! As I was sorting my nine London finishers medals yesterday I wondered about a new graded membership scheme, so long term members who have never run a marathon might be downgraded, or required to pay an additional  fee - any thoughts?

Ready for 2011?

If your Christmas was anything like the culinary feast that was mine, and with New Year still to come, you'll be either avoiding the scales or starting to wonder why those clothes have suddenly shrunk! We all know running is THE best way to keep fit, as well as being a passport to good health, both physical and mental, and good company if you join the right running club. Well, if you are new here welcome - THIS is the right running club, come and join us! Whatever standard, pace, distance you can or want to achieve, there will be someone else you can share the experience with. Make yourself known and we'll try our best to help.

Welcome!

If you are newly arrived here, a welcome and an apology.
* A welcome if you are interested in Wargrave Runners, and please do contact us if you want to know more, would like to join, or have any news, events or other items of interest you would like to share.
* An apology for the fact that this website business is a bit new to some of us, and things might not always be where they should be or do what they ought - this is early days and it will get better!
